About Our Practice
We integrate evidence-based practices with deep cultural awareness, drawing on our extensive clinical and academic expertise. Dr. Chahal brings 20+ years of leadership in Child Psychiatry, addiction services, and Indigenous child welfare, complemented by 21 years of university teaching experience. Dr. Pfeiffer combines specialized expertise in educational psychology and youth resilience with his extensive clinical practice, while also serving as a sessional instructor at Thompson Rivers University, teaching counseling, child and adolescent development, and research methods. Together, we bridge Western and Indigenous approaches to mental health, drawing on our unique backgrounds in both clinical practice and academic research.
